PC Driven USB Test System

The M6300 is a professional USB Test System that offers a wide range of functions giving the user flexibility to test any USB storage product. With easy to use intuitive software, quick and easy job set-up is possible.

Functional Testing

The M6300 can write random data patterns or fixed data patterns to every part of the flash memory area, the data can then be read back and verified as an additional quality check. The whole or any part of the storage area can be tested as desired dependant on the users requirements.

With the flexibility to create your own test procedures multi pass test functions can be created, for example. Pass 1 = Write and Verify Fixed test pattern, Pass 2 = Write and Verify random test pattern, Pass 3 = Write and Verify different fixed test pattern.

Speed Testing

With the unique speed test function the user can accurately test and qualify each each USB device, specifying minimum read and write speeds. The whole or any part of the storage area can be tested for Write, read or both speeds.

Current Testing

Each M6300 USB device slot is individually controlled with each device being supplied up to1.5A of current . This unique feature sets the M6300 apart from other systems on the market allowing the user test USB Hard Drives, Mobile phones, PND's and PDA's without the need for external USB device power supplies. Also each device under test can be measured for Standby current, read current and write current.

Quality Assurance

 With a built in SQL database comprehensive logs can be created giving traceability or any part tested.
